KEVIN MILLER, 56 of Ovid, CO, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Sedgwick County Memorial Hospital in Julesburg, CO.
Kevin was born September 29, 1962 in Denver, CO to Elmer Frederick and Joyce Loretto (Vahling) Miller. When Kevin was 22 years old, he sustained a traumatic brain injury and never fully recovered.
Before Kevin's injury, he worked in landscaping and continued working until his health would no longer allow.
Two years ago, Kevin moved to Ovid with his mother to be closer to his brother, Randy.
Kevin was preceded in death by his father, Elmer, and three infant siblings.
Survivors include his mother, Joyce Miller of Ovid; brothers, Randy Miller of Ovid and Dennis Miller of Littleton; sisters, Pamela (Greg) Urban of Strasburg, and Priscilla Schadel of LaFayette; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
A memorial has been established in his memory for later designation. Condolences can be shared at prairiehillsjulesburg.com.
A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 10:30am at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Julesburg with Father Michael O'Brien as Celebrant. No interment of cremains is scheduled at this time.
A Rosary will be recited Tuesday, October 9th at 6:00pm at the church.
Prairie Hills Funeral Home of Julesburg is in charge of arrangements.
