AVIS L. ANDERSON, 101, longtime Big Springs resident, passed away December 1, 2025.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. at the Zion Lutheran Church in Big Springs, with Pastor Trenton D. Christensen officiating. Committal will follow in the Big Springs Cemetery.

Visitation will be at Prairie Hills Funeral Home in Julesburg on Monday, from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m.
