BARBARA J. WILLIAMSON, 72 of Ovid, CO, passed away Thursday, May 30, 2019, in Julesburg, CO.
Barbara was born January 15, 1947, in Sedgwick County, Colorado to Edd and Katherine (Christensen) Williamson. She graduated from Ovid High School with the class of 1965.
Barbara married Richard Webb Sr in 1968, the couple made their home in Julesburg, and their union was blessed with a son, Richard Webb Jr two years later. Barbara loved being a mother and worked hard running her craft stores and helping on the farm whenever she was needed. Barbara spent the last years of her life being a caregiver.
Barbara's favorite moments in life were centered on her family and friends. She loved to fish, play cards, and camp. She enjoyed many wonderful outings to Jumbo Reservoir with her friends and family.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Edd and Kathrine Williamson.
Survivors include her son, Rick Webb Jr (Crystal) of Julesburg, CO; granddaughter, Holley Webb of Ogallala, NE; great-granddaughter, Skylar Leigh; along with her close group of friends whom she loved very much.
Memorial services will be held Friday, June 7, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the Harvest Baptist Church in Ovid with Pastor Mark Baker officiating. Interment of Cremains will be in the Ovid Cemetery.
Prairie Hills Funeral Home of Julesburg is in charge of arrangements.
